What happens after the 14-day trial?
No payment details are collected during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically. We contact you before it ends to choose a plan.
Do you train models on our code?
No. Repository content, prompts and outputs are processed only to deliver the service and are never used to train Guarani or third-party models.
Which model providers does Mesh support?
Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Gemini models on Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and open-weight models served on dedicated GPUs. Enterprise plans can restrict routing to the providers you approve.
Can we run Guarani AI in our own cloud?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan: a dedicated VPC deployment on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
Is Guarani AI generally available?
Not yet. Guarani AI is in private beta, and trial workspaces are provisioned by Guarani after a short review of each request.
How does billing work?
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly in advance, and exclude taxes, which are added where required.
Can we cancel?
You may stop using the service at any time; paid plans end at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to our data if we leave?
After termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it.
Can prices change?
We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of your plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law or an order form says otherwise.
